Great place to shop for groceries and reasonable prices on all fruits and vegetables. The meat is good quality and you get what you pay for, the staff are friendly and provide a good helpful service.

Standard Woolworths experience, big spacious store.

Smaller than other Woolworths stores in Townsville, but in a very convenient location. Has just about everything that I need as someone without any dietary requirements, however this store does have a mid-sized range of gluten free and allergy respective products. Chickens are regularly reduced towards the end of the day. Staff are always friendly and willing to help out.

Nice to have my groceries, easy access just a few steps on parking lot. With fair price. We'll come back again.

Easy access to all the products, very similar layout to all the other stores, with the exception of the frozen goods being in the middle of the store. Staff were excellent.

Most often these days when you go into a big business such as Woolworths, it's difficult to find a member of staff to assist you with an enquiry. Not so much with this particular store. The staff are both friendly and helpful. The prices are reasonable.The checkouts are as good as can be expected and the location is on the main bus routes. For those who have a private vehicle, there's ample off street parking at the centre.

What amazing service, I was wondering through the store I must have looked like I was searching for something. A well dressed young man approached me and asked if he could assist me. He took me to the aisle that I needed and introduced me to another lady that works here. I thanked him very much he made my day. I asked the team member who he was and she told me that it was Jeffrey the store Manager. What a wonderful example of leadership. Thank you Jeffrey you made my day.
